Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, when possible
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

For fabric scraps, yarns, and pre-cut materials, we can only accept returns if the packaging remains unopened due to the nature of these products.

Return Process

2. Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return address details. This helps us identify your return when it arrives.

3. Package Your Return

Carefully pack the items in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include your return authorization number inside the package.

4. Ship Your Return

Send your package to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. This typically takes 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.

Refunds include the cost of the item(s) and original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to make it right through one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Full refund including return shipping costs
  • Store credit with additional value for future purchases

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective items to help us improve our quality control processes.

Exceptions
